| Easy Version Of Ordering Instructions (See full version below) 1. Email us with Item numbers wanted, your name and address and payment method wanted. If you are NOT using a credet card, you can skip step 2. 2. IF you are using a credit card, Go to this link (https://dashto.readyhosting.com/secureform.asp) to submit your credit card number and expiration date if that is your payment method and you can put your address and order also in the form but please add you email address so I may reply. You may skip step 1 and put all the information on this page if desired. You may also use PayPal to user name dashto@erols.com once you know the total.After you give your initial information, you may order by regular email, just give the item numbers wanted and your first and last names. Security Point: We have several safeguards for your information and do not give any of it out in any circumstances. If you DO NOT want us to keep your Credit Card information (or any other info) on file, just let us know and we will delete it. |
*Credit card and PayPal orders can be shipped without delay, you may also send a check or money order in which case your order may be held until check is clear. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*No items will be held without receiving the name, address and payment information/preference of the ordering party.
*We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards and PayPal also.
Effective 6/16/04 there will be a non-refundable charge of $5. added to ALL orders under $15. No refunds will be given on this fee even if you return the item(s) ordered.
Please
note that we will only hold PayPal items for one week. You must
advise us if you cannot pay within that time. We reserve the right to ship only
registered packages to some countries when taking unconfirmed address PayPal
payments.
*We ship USPS at actual cost plus $2. packing fee per box shipped. Minimum USA shipping total charge is $3.50 and minimum International shipping total charge is $5.00. If our price was wrong in your favor, please let us know and we will make a more than fair adjustment. We have to estimate some of the orders and this can happen.
* If you receive a package with damaged items, save all boxes and packing for inspection. We can not issue credit if damaged items are returned to us without a claim.
* Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full, prompt refund, less shipping costs. They must be returned in original packaging (baggie with part number, stickers, etc as applicable), with the invoice number. We realize that you are buying sight unseen so no explanation is needed, however, items must be in the same condition as when shipped. Be aware that most of our items are pre-owned and the fact that they are not new is NOT a reason to request refund of shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: Items marked "as is" on list are not returnable. * Virginia residents add 5% sales/use tax unless items are for resale and a COMPLETE, official Virginia sales tax exemption form is supplied prior to the sale.
